Our body immediately reacts to what we eat; hence specific foods and some ingredients should be given back seat for time being if you are victim of perspiration. Some other foods which contribute to sweating are very hot foods, spicy, sour foods, sweets, alcohol and beverages with high concentration of caffeine also leads to profuse sweating.

Human body temperature raises more with spicy and sour foods mainly. This warmth of body also increases the metabolic rate which leads body to hyperhidrosis. The degree of body rises due to very hot eatables, body while cooling down releases sweat as result of settling down nutrients and separating the excess unwanted salts of body, which excrete via sweat only.

Coffee is another beverage which can lead body to perspire. Coffee is served generally very hot and caffeine too increases metabolic rate. Caffeine is active catalyst in body. It increases blood pressure and circulation too across body to function well. "Rome was not built in a day", so you can prevent sweating gradually if your diet is controlled with important ingredients as major portion of meals. Human body is just like some machine which is stable at 98.6 degrees, but as the engine gears up, the speed and temperature also increases.

Sweets, alcohol, dark chocolates and some energy drinks also contain caffeine which should be kept at bay for some time. Some other foods like garlic should be consumed less. Garlic has prime feature of hot substance. Its contains sulphur ingredients which also has metabolism. It forms Allyl methyl sulfide which is difficult to digest, hence it finds some other part to secrete possibly via skin.

Body also gets affected with onions due to their heating properties. Human body becomes warm as onions are pungent. This leads to gradually increase the temperature which contributes immensely in sweating.

It’s rightly said that initial precautions are better. Later you realize that how these small restrictions steps keep you healthy and stop excessive sweating too.
