That means they are reducing calories by excluding a very important food group. Your body has to have fat, but in the form of good fat. What are those? These we will get to later. Carbohydrates are super important they are turned to glucose and used by the body for muscles and most importantly your brain. That's right your brain would not be healthy or work very good without glucose. Protein just as important. Your muscles and organs need this for replenishment and repair. So don't waste your time with fad diets.
