The laminated wood flooring also looks like real wood and there is no way to differentiate between the looks of actual wood flooring and laminated wood flooring till one stoops down to touch the floor. Where maintenance is concerned, all that you have to do is to mop the laminated wood flooring and scrub it once in a while if you need to and you can sweep it regularly.
