Anxiety with panic attacks is generally due to a stress factor. Every individual undergoes some anxiety or some kind of stress in their entire lifetime. Stress may not let a person concentrate on a particular work. This is when anxiety helps a person to work harder. However, anything in excess can prove to be dangerous. This is the same even in the case of anxiety.
Excessive anxiety is a clear indication for psychological tensions and problems to set in. However, if any kind of physical problems follow anxiety, then this is surely a grievous problem to ponder. Physical effects of anxiety normally include vomiting, sickness, shooting pain in the chest, breathing problems and pain in stomach. Sometimes, excessive anxiety takes over ones normal condition and gradually it becomes a dangerous psychological problem to deal with.
Otherwise, in normal cases, a bit of anxiety may help to cope with pressure that one faces in everyday life. Anxiety with panic attacks, in extreme conditions can even disturb the metabolism of the body. The most severe effect of anxiety can be increased pulse rates and horrendous sweating in the body. Thus, this may lead to dehydration problems, too. These severe anxiety attacks can also affect one's bowel movements. The most noticeable symptoms of anxiety are dim and lusterless skin, shivering or even sweating.
Extreme fear can also come up to a level of killing or hurting oneself. These attacks do not have any specific period or timing as when they might occur and unexpectedly. The number of people suffering due to this problem is very high. However, at least one person out of every 75 persons suffers from the anxiety with panic attacks once in his/her entire lifetime.
The person having panic attacks can do anything, as he/she is not aware of the happenings around. Other effects of this problem are depressive feelings, suicidal tendencies or even heavy dependence on drugs. Medical complexities may also increase in such problems. The reasons behind the anxiety along with panic attacks may seem simple, but the effects of the same can be extremely grave.
To your joyous life,
