Advice for Lasting Longer in Bed

There’s a good chance that you did not know that most men are highly interested in lasting longer in bed. The editors from "Men’s Health" say that the number 1 question asked by men is how to last longer in bed.
Many of these men ask that question because they suffer from what is known as premature ejaculation, but there is a sizeable portion as well who simply wish to last longer. Now, with that in mind, we offer you some tips that aim to help you to last longer:
Identify and Reduce The Sources of Your Stress
Your chances of lasting longer significantly improve if you are able to pinpoint what it is that causes you stress and you can then cut out the unpleasant things that cause it. Of course, if it is the job, then that’s not quite so easy and we’ll have to look at ways to relieve the stress. If you are tense during sex, your body will seek the easiest way to relieve it and in this case, it is through orgasm.
The remedy for this is to rid your body of the stress both in and out of the bedroom. Exercise, yoga, meditation and deep breathing are good ways to do this. It is also good to work on your breathing during the sexual act. It will help you to last longer and help you to stay calm and focused.
Practice Actually Does Make Perfect
The reason most men are not able to last as long as they would like, is because they have pretty much been training themselves to "hurry and get done" with poor masturbation techniques. This typically begins during adolescence, and after all those times of rushing to get done, your body has become accustomed to it.
On the other hand, you can use masturbation techniques to reverse the situation and training your body to "hold out" longer instead of getting it over with quickly. Focusing on this type of training really does help and getting to know your body’s triggers can teach you a lot about increasing your threshold for stimulation.
