Many solid darts techniques undoubtedly lead to better results, so it is important to focus on the very first steps when it comes to approaching the board. First of all, you have to focus on the stands. Every time you approach the line you want to put your foot down so that you stand comfortable and have solid stability during each dart. There are many techniques how to go about the right standing position such as approaching the line directly with your toes pointing to it, sidewise and you want to put most of your weight on the right foot. Stand in a way and manner that you are most comfortable with playing darts.
Make sure to put your elbow up, and to get a great angle to your throwing technique. When it comes to the throwing style, this is totally individual as well. There may be times where you have to move side to side to play the darts exactly in a triple place to reach maximum points. Always keep the target in your eye patterns, and focus on it like a laser. Focus on keeping score during darts match and try to stay in the right mental shape.
Cricket:
Generally, cricket is a very simple dart game and when you score the numbers you want to put it right into the column next to the number you just scored. Two twenties would be in x, and 3 would be a zero or a circle around that x. If you hit a triple, simple put a circle next to the number so that people know that it is closed. The same works out when you score points, and in this case you want to put it into the next column to each number. If you should hit like 4x 18 points for example, you have to make a circle and write down 18 points plus. This is exactly what you want to do for playing cricket. If you are a score keeper in darts, once that winning dart is hit you want to signify the game is over just by putting your hand out.
501 points:
If you score in 501 a double or triple, you want to write the points on one column and the remaining points on the other column. This is a great system which immediately helps to see how much one scored and how much is still remaining. This ensures to never lose track on the points during each game. Every time a player finished throwing his 3 darts, mark everything out besides the remaining points, so that nobody gets confused.
