Some people prefer to get away yet still enjoy being able to ask for the right beverages at the local bar, for a home away from home there really is only one place to be, Benidorm. Found in the popular area known as the Costa Blanca you will join thousands of sunbathers during the summer in search of good weather and vibrant surroundings.

Benidorm has long been a favourite with many British holidaymakers, most of whom are intent on making the round trip every year. You may find yourself asking "why?" As the site has had its fair share of bad press in the past, but then again, what place does not, and despite spats of bad press the famous resort town still maintains a heavy tourist interest.

Throughout the year absolutely every kind of tourist flock to the beautiful shore of Benidorm however there are certainly some periods that families will dominate the numbers as well as times where young groups fill up the beaches. The peak summer months are typically July and August and it is time that all boys and all girls will drown themselves in endless waves of spirits, beer and cocktails. The evening exploits in Benidorm are certainly well documented, but unlike places in Ibiza that tend to attract international guests, here you can expect a true British style evening with the added bonus of hot sunshine.

The early summer weeks are absolutely perfect for families as are May and June where you can enjoy a fairly relaxed break with just enough summer heat. In which time the nights will not be the noisiest time of day because of the booming music from the lively bars or domestic disputes of a young couple in love. The early summer months are ideal for families to relax in a quiet warm atmosphere that has plenty of things to do on the beach or in town.

Some holidays can turn into nightmares, as you may be charged for a new refrigerator if it was already broken, made to pay for food you did not order, or maybe you have found yourself unintentionally offering a local in a foreign city. Normally such circumstances are avoided in Benidorm, because local people have developed a very good understanding of the English language or the people serving you and that you come in contact with are already English. For a simple holiday transition, there are few places that offer this level of ease.
