Counting your calorie intake is the most important thing that you could do to help yourself while losing weight. The reason for this is simple, the more calories you take when you eat, the more weight you will put on.

Upon committing yourself to start losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle, you must start counting your calorie intake immediately in order to successfully lose weight.
