Hair is a funny thing, when you think about it. It seems like there should be plenty of it to go around. Typically, we have about 100,000 or so hairs on our head, and, at any given moment, around 90% of them are actively growing. And yet, for many of us, hair loss is all too real—and all too embarrassing. It doesn’t seem right, but it is nevertheless true: Hair is precious, and once you lose it, it’s pretty tough to get it back!

This is an especially traumatic truth for women. While men’s hair loss is pretty common, and is accepted, to some extent, in our society, we don’t like to talk about women’s hair loss as much, which means that the women who are experiencing hair loss have to suffer in silence. And yet, women’s hair loss is not really that much less common than men’s, with around 40% of all hair loss sufferers being women! This is a sobering reality, particularly when you pause to consider what this means—that roughly half of all women will experience some degree of hair loss before they turn 50.

For as common as it is, though, women’s hair loss has generally not been offered much in the way of treatment, at least not until more recently. Women’s hair restoration products are beginning to appear more commonly, but now the question becomes: Which one?

It’s a daunting task, sorting through all of these hair therapy products, but one of them distinguishes itself, and in a couple of different ways. Keranique is one of the newer products on the market, and is already proving to be a popular choice. It isn’t really hard to understand why. For one thing, it’s a hair restoration product specifically for women, engineered to work with a woman’s particular biochemistry. And for another thing, Keranique contains the only ingredient that has actually been clinically proven to re-grow hair.

For these reasons, it’s clear to see why Keranique signals a new era in the treatment of women’s hair loss. It’s uniquely effective for restoring the luscious locks that women may have lost, and in so doing, it restores their self-image, their confidence in themselves. This is an invaluable thing, of course, and it’s reason to think that maybe things are starting to look up in the battle with hair loss, and that Keranique is the product that’s leading the charge.
