For years, one of the most attractive benefits of the mlm network marketing industry has been being able to earn significant money as your own boss. Even better than that, it allows you to make not just an immediate income stream but substantial long-term residual income, too.
In our industry, the money we earn can come from the recurring payments of either customers or business partners. Over the years, our team's mlm training has focused on training our business partners to recruit both business-builders and customers to earn the most of both immediate and long-term income.
Another big benefit to MLM is its history of delivering excellent products or services at competitive prices. Sadly, many in our industry, especially those who are new, do not recognize the importance of being their own customer. Some plan to begin using their product or service after they have generated an income, some never get around to it. I am a firm beliver, and have always taught our team that giving in to either of these attitudes will be a costly error.
In fact, we train every member of our team that you should be the very first customer in your MLM network marketing business. Here are the 3 key reasons why this is so important:
So you can take advantage of the benefits of a better product or service. If you really don't think that your product or service is a better value than anything else available, you are in the wrong business. You must have a strong belief to be successful in the networking business. I won't even waste my time coaching a business partner who does not have a strong belief in what we do.
Accrue points to advance to the next level of achievement in your company. I will be the first to tell business partners that buying their own product or service ONLY for the volume is flat out lazy. In our initial mlm training, we teach our team to market the service and build a strong group of customers. At the same time though, getting volume from your own usage is another great perk.
Develop your own track record and credibility. Both leads and new business partners alike will look to you for an example of what to do. It will be very difficult to expect them to use your product or service if you don't use it yourself. Also, having personal stories of experiences you have had with your product or service make great business presentations.
Build your mlm team the right way. The first step in your MLM training should be to be your own first mlm customer.
