Vertical Leg Crunch – Lie on your back on the floor. Stretch your legs out and lift them up so that the soles of your feet are facing the ceiling or sky. Place your hands just behind your ears. Lift your shoulders and upper body off the floor. While doing this, make sure you tighten your abs. This will give it maximum effectiveness. Return to your starting position and repeat.

Abs Bridge –this position is similar to a push up. However you will hold yourself with your arm (from your elbows down to your wrists/palms). Hold yourself in that position, for anything between 30 to 60 seconds. While doing this be sure to tighten your abs.

Abs Leg Lifts – For this workout, lie down on your back and stretch out our legs and place your hands behind your head or ears. Lift your left leg up around 5 centimeters off the ground and follow that with your right leg. Now they are together, lift the left leg another 20 centimeters from that position and follow that with your right leg. Then return to the original position and repeat. To give greater effect, lift your shoulders off the ground while you do this workout.
