Eating healthy while trying to lose weight is extremely important because all of your daily nutrients and calories come from the foods you eat. In fact, without any daily exercise, your body is incapable of burning the calories thus turning into fat. Eating healthy isn’t just eating the right foods because there is a good chance that you could also be overeating. This is where portion control comes into play. Portion control is when you regulate the amount of food that you put on your plate before every meal. By doing so, you’re controlling the amount of calories you will be digesting thus making it easier on yourself to keep a good calorie count. In the same journal that you keep track of your daily calorie intake, you should also keep track of your weight loss. This will motivate you to keep pushing yourself further and further in order for you to reach your weight loss goal.

Now you have your healthy diet under control, but you still can’t seem to lose your weight at the rate that you would like. Reason being is because without daily exercise and a regular exercise routine, you won’t be burning any calories, resulting in accumulated fat. That’s why it’s important to have a regular exercise routine in order for you to be able to burn the unnecessary calories. As long as you are burning more calories that you’re eating every day, you are well on your way to reaching your weight loss goal.

Skipping meals because for any reason definitely does have its effect on your body, even if you aren’t digesting any calories. Breakfast is the most important meal of a day because it gives you the energy needed to start and go through your entire day.
