Firstly you need to know what exactly you are looking for; basically these are your clear goals. Without these your momentum will run short.

Before you go any further, take a good look at your everyday habits and rituals and weigh it against your goals. This would enable you to know if these rituals and habits bringing you closer to your goals or not. Otherwise look for new dietary habits and targeted workouts that would suit your goals.
Best Exercises
If you weight in at 125kgs and want to lose weight then you need to know how best you could do this. I have seen on numerous occasions people whom try to lose weight by doing mundane gym routines.
This is a mistake especially if your goal is to lose weight. The most effective exercises for this would be full body workouts, HITS or high intensity interval training and there is also turbulence training. When designing your work out for abs schedule it would be best to repurpose and incorporate some of the more proven exercises targeted towards your goals.
Duration
When formulating a schedule ensure that the duration of your exercises take only an hour at the most. If you are planning on going longer than this you would most likely burn yourself out. Modern research is starting to proven that even an hour is to long. Some of the more productive exercise nowadays only takes 20 minutes.
Rest
Always incorporate a rest period of up to 48 hours after every intense workout you have conducted. Without rest your body will almost always feel fatigued and no proper muscle would be built.
