Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is common in man of all ages. Common causes are stress, tiredness and low energy levels, depression, high blood pressure or cholesterol, smoking, drug and alcohol abuse. Diet and lifestyle play a big part in maintaining sexual health in both sexes. For men in particular though a healthy diet will improve erections and overall sexual performance.
