I think losing weight has to be done gradually. Ideally, exercise and dieting would be the best for that but exhausting yourself nor starving yourself won't do you any good. I've been there and I realize that I couldn't bear doing those to my body. I found a new strategy to maintain my weight and that's by using an all natural diet pill. Don't get me wrong but not all diet pills are bad. I have been using it for 3 months and it never fail to amaze me every time I weigh myself. I'm planning to stick with exercise and I'll do some small modifications with my diet once I lose these extra 8 lbs.
