With the ever increasing graduate Jobs market with more and more recruiters using a jobs board as a way of advertising then there is no doubt that many employers need to consider optimising their vacancies to help fill the position.

You need to make sure that the graduate jobs you are advertising, the prices charged to the agencies and the response rate from suitable candidates is deemed profitable to both the job boards advertisers and the agencies. If the price charged to the agency outweighs the benefits and more importantly the investment then it is unlikely that they will choose to do business with you again. In order to optimise the conversions you need to identify and match together the graduate jobs ads on the job boards and the relevant candidate as best possible, providing a constant influx of candidates to the employer. By collecting as much useful and relevant information about the candidate you will improve their chance of securing a job that matches there description.
Incentivise businesses

Hosting CV's for potential employees that are set out correctly, clearly demonstrating key skills and experience will not only help the candidate find a job that will match their skills but the agencies will be able to see that they are getting a steady stream of relevant candidates without having to advertise elsewhere. This means that they will continue to use your services.
