Either postage paid, or not, these prints can be where it is impossible for potential buyers and selling to travel on short notice. When people are wanting to relocate, a picture could tell them all they need to know about the property in which they are most interested. Let's take a look at some ideas for distribution.
Companies often transfer some of their employees to different locations, and this creates a need to sell one property to buy another. It is usually up to the employee to choose the new house, since they will be paying the mortgage. An imprinted card with a picture of an inviting house could be the spark that causes them to make a phone, call for an appointment to look at available properties.
Mountain property is often coveted by people who enjoy the sense of freedom they feel when looking down off the hillsides and become one with nature. A picture of a cozy little cabin, in the woods, could be exactly what it takes to make them pick up the phone and find out more about what properties are being offered. They might have received that card from a friend or neighbor who got it in their mail.
Farm life can be the dream of down-to-earth living that some people have wanted all their lives, and seeing a pretty rural setting with a quaint house and giant barn could be the key to their future. A simple card from a Realtor could turn that into the key that unlocks the door on a homestead for a family with children.
Beachfront property can be presented in such a way that it makes sand lovers sit up and take notice. This might be the type of setting a person wants for their retirement years. A picture could get their lives started with a property that can produce income, while they are waiting to retire. The postcard has the Realtor information printed clearly on the back.
Rental property is another consideration. Investors look for properties to buy, and they also have some that have outlived their tax advantages. By sending a card with a picture of an apartment complex, one of these financial wizards might decide to call and find out what properties are for sale. Of course, they might have a property they need to get listed, too.
Commercial property has a different potential audience, but can include small business people, as well as large corporations. The cost of new construction can exceed the corporate budget, but the company still needs more office space. They get a card with a picture of a corporate HQ building, and caption reading, "Corporate Head Quarters", that card might end up and the next board meeting.
