Honestly when researching this supplement I could not discern anything about Kre Alkalyn side effects. If taken correctly it would become apparent that people benefitting from the supplement do not encounter any side effects. However if you fail to follow recommendations when taking Kre Alkalyn, minor side effects may occur.
While Kre Alkalyn, when consumed correctly does not show side effects, this is not true for the chemical from which Kre Alkalyn evolved.
Creatine Monohydrate does cause many side effects including dehydration, nausea, diarrhea, boating etc.. Kre Alkalyn has apparently overcome these problems by adjusting the PH levels to around about PH9. This causes increased introduction of creatine to the muscles. This problem comes about when taking normal Creatine as the stomach acids transforms the creatine into toxic creatinine which is removed from the body via urine.
The only side effect I have discovered is that Kre Alkalyn can possibly dehydrate you. If you do not drink enough water you may find that you become dehydrated. Medical authorities report that creatine supplements work by your muscles drawing water from other parts of your body. This maybe increased if you work out for extended periods of time or in hot climates. The prescribed amount of water while taking Kre Alkalyn is 60 cups a day. Drinking this much water is not harmful in any way. You should increase your water intake though, or else you may experience the symptoms of dehydration which present as, headaches, dizziness, dry mouth and in extreme cases, stress on your kidneys.
Using diuretics and creatine together is deeply frowned upon as reported by the Maryland Medical Center. Using the supplement Kre Alkalyn Creatine while taking other prescribed medications or dietary supplements, may also produce adverse side effects. Maryland Medical Center recommends that you should avoid large amounts of caffein and they are against the use of NSAID pain killers like Advil, Motrin, Aleve and Tylenol. Using NSAID pain killers and creatine may possibly promote kidney stress.
If you are aware you have a kidney problem, liver problem or increased blood pressure, you should not take Creatine. Taking Creatine for long periods of time or at very high doses, may generate problems with your kidneys. However, as the recommended Kre Alkalyn dosage is so low, this should not be a problem.
A small concern to some users of Kre Alkalyn is the increased amount they perspire whilst working out. This is due partly to the increased amount of water you are drinking and the fact that you are able to pump more extensively, this is in no way harmful in any way. When you cease exercising you will find the perspiration slowing quickly and after a couple of hours things will become normal - still use the deodorant though.
