During winter when you are safely wrapped up in your thick coat and sweater, hiding your belly fat is relatively easy. However when the hot season comes around the weather begins to improve you may decide you'd like to go on an exotic tropical holiday somewhere, this is when things can begin to become a little awkward!.
Hiding belly fat is almost impossible when wearing a two piece bikini or amblingdown the beach bare chested. At times like those you wish you had taken a bit better care of yourself in the past. So long as you adopt the correct approach it is entirely possible to reduce belly flab fast.
The fastest way to build muscle mass and burn the fat is to take all of these tips on board:
- Squat - Performing these is fantastic for reducing your gut for a number of reasons. Firstly of course it is a very demanding exercise requiring your aerobic system to do a lot of work thus burning heaps of extra calories.
Secondly, It increases the amount of muscle mass that your body has which is great news as muscle needs more calories to be used up so that it can maintain a healthy state on an ongoing basis.
Thirdly, squatting is so tough on the body that it forces it to secrete fat loss promoting hormones in to the blood.
Fourthly it provides you with a training session for all of the muscle in your body including your abs. Literally all the muscle are required to work when you perform squats properly, they either work dynamically to move the body or statically to hold the body in place. Regardless of whether or not you like exercise it is a must in the fight against belly fat.
-
Consume green tea and coffee. These have both been proven to increase the rate of the bodies metabolism. The speed with which your body performs that chemical reactions in the body is known as the metabolic rate. Increase the rate of this and you will be burning through extra calories with absolutely zero extra effort required!.
-
Ingest a large healthy breakfast. Skipping breakfast is the number one way people sabotage their weight loss progress wrongly believing it helps weight loss. This couldn't be further from the truth. You see if you do not eat breakfast then your body is going a long time without food, all night and then until lunch time. This will force it into starvation mode.
This mode means the body tries to hold onto the calories that it does have because it thinks there is a shortage of food and wants to ensure its survival. It does this by dramatically reducing the metabolic rate of the body which is a terrible thing for belly fat burning!.So, to be frank eat a decent sized breakfast.
OK, with those tips in mind, a bit of common sense persistence and hard work you can most definitely burn fat belly flab off for good!.
