Kathy Bee, the middle child of seven children, who was raised in rural Ohio, learned at an early age to make-do with what you had. She often considered her mother as the "queen of stretching the dollar."

During this period of time, Kathy was also hosting her Southern California Cable TV Talk Show, called Touching Lives. Ultimately, Josie became a guest on the show and shared her hat making and designing tips, while also disclosing her burning desire to create a hat making video.

Call it timing…synergy or being at the right place at the right time, Kathy & Josie joined forces and launched the Secrets To Hat Making & Designing Success DVD & Instructional Manual.
