Pop Up Display

A pop up display is just what the name suggests: a display that you can simply pop right up. If you've ever had to set up your table, then take out the glass display cases, set up the banners, the chairs and so on and on, then you know that a pop up display can really cut the whole setup process in half.

The only concern here is stability. Luckily, there are plenty of great pop up displays that are stable, durable and will last for years to come. Just keep the hinges oiled and store it properly and you might never need another display table as long as you live.

Banner Display Options

Forget signs for your display. A banner is really the way to go. You can get a great custom display banner that you can simply roll up and toss into your vehicle. It takes under a minute to set up, weighs next to nothing and could fit in your back pocket if need be. If nothing else, it makes a lot more sense to use a custom banner than to haul a huge hand-made sign around with you everywhere. Anyways, you're hosting a trade show display, not a lemonade stand, so forget the big wooden sign.

Camping Coolers

This is just a great item to have with you. You can store water in it to keep it cold (staying hydrated at these shows is incredibly important) or use one to present free water to prospects. Heck, if you're running a booth in the summer, that may well be what lands you most of your sales: free bottled water to anyone who wants to look over your catalog!

Of course, it's really all about convenience in the end. It makes more sense to store your lunch in a handy cooler than it does to have to ask someone to watch your booth while you leave to go grab a bite to eat. Basically, you're going to have to do a lot of lifting, setting up, breaking down and moving around. Anything you can do to cut down on any of that, even just a little, should help.
