A facial exercise program is wonderfully reliable if you want a younger looking face. There are five things to look for to determine if you are going to develop the type of results that will help you look five, ten even fifteen years younger.

Facial exercise is nothing to be frightened of, thankfully, unlike a surgical intervention, exercise can provide startling results without any dangerous or intrusive tactics. It is natural, there’s no pain and best of all, it works.

We’ve seen the television stars, celebrities and others who on a regular basis use surgeries, injections that plump, injections that paralyze, lasers and even dental procedures to change their aging faces; what we aren’t privy to are the behind the scenes upsets and disappointments when these modalities dramatically change the appearance. Rather than enhancement, there is shock.

For those of you who have tried the injections and are tired of the upkeep, you will especially love using facial exercise instead of needles. And, those of you who have had your eyes done, your neck lipo’d and even endured a surgical face lift, facial exercise will work for you to tighten and lift those facial features that appear to be loosening and shifting. Revisions from the doc will become a thing of the past.

So what determines which exercise program will work for you? Here are 5 things to look for so that you achieve the results you desire:

  1. Visible results

  2. Gloves

  3. Time and ease

  4. Reputation

  5. Never anything else to buy

Visible results are seen almost immediately when an exercise is performed. Some exercise programs promise but never deliver the results; the user becomes frustrated and disappointed thinking that only a radical intervention is in their future. Those tiny facial muscles will lift and plump up when they are exercised using isometric with resistance contractions.

Gloves are used to anchor the facial muscles so that a contraction can be executed. Without using anchoring techniques movements are repetitive contortions, puckers and twists. These types of movements may accentuate existing wrinkles. When using the gloves your thumbs and fingers isolate the muscle or muscle group, anchor the area then contract it.

Time and ease are important to learning an exercise routine. Spending only a few minutes once a day should be sufficient to thoroughly exercise your facial muscles. Easy to master exercises should only require seconds to perform.

Reputation of the exercise program means the company will stand behind their products and only want the very best results for their clients. Check the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce if you have any questions or concerns regarding the company’s reputation.

Nothing else to buy is important because once you learn the routine, the technology is yours forever.

Unlike injections, surgery and those modalities that require upkeep and maintenance, facial exercise is easy, the routine is simple to learn and the exercises will keep your face looking toned and lifted.
