Recurring yeast infections have many causes and identifying the cause of your infection is going to help you bring your problem to an end. No one should be suffering from continual fungal infections if they usually have good health. Everything you do in your life at the moment is effecting your infection, and you need to start eliminating everything in your life that is causing the fungal overgrowth in your body.
Have you got a sweet tooth? If you love eating sugar then you're feeding your infection nearly every time you eat. While you continue to feed the yeast and fungus in your body it will continue to breed. And as it's doing this it will continue to feed on your body. You haven't just got the fungus in your vagina, you have it in your intestines as well, and you are feeding this fungus the most with your diet.
If you're craving sugar, and are struggling to give up eating it that is because your infection is causing the cravings. Because the yeast and fungus eat the sugar that you eat, that causes your body to get less of it, and so this causes the cravings. And you're now in the position where the more of it you eat then your infection gets worse, and this causes more cravings. This is a cycle that you have to get out of.
Other foods you have to eliminate from your diet are meat. Meat comes from farmed animals, and farmed animals are given lots of antibiotics as they are growing up to keep them free of infections. The antibiotics are still present in the meat when it's cooked and this means your body is absorbing them every time you eat it.
The antibiotics in the meat will kill friendly bacteria, and your body needs friendly bacteria so they it can fight of fungal infections. Your body is suffering from recurring yeast infections because it is low on friendly bacteria, and you're making that worse by eating meat.
While you're trying to cure your recurrent infections it's a good idea to become vegetarian for a while so that you can get your body's bacterial balance back to normal. If you can't do this then you'll just keep on suffering from your infections for a long time. Your body will then require long term anti fungal drug use just to alleviate your symptoms. This will not do your health any good at all, and it doesn't cure your infections either.
Once you make the necessary changes to your diet then your recurring Candida infection will be a thing of the past. What you're putting into your body is what has contributed to your infections so what you put into it now is going to help you successfully treat them. It might be hard at first but once you feel what a difference it's making to your health you'll be looking for ways to further improve the way you feel. You are what you eat, and when it comes to your good health, a diet that actually feeds your body is important. Most people eat food just to stop the feeling of hunger, but your body is still crying out for nutrition if you're not giving it enough.
If you're suffering from recurring yeast infections then you need to discover the cause of your infection before you can successfully treat them. Visit Chronic Yeast Infections to find out more information.
