There is also the 104 bus service that is extended from Laindon Tesco and it connects Bulphan with Basildon, three times a day.

Bulphan also features a school bus that operates within the perimeter of Palmer College in Grays, while there is a 269 bus service that stops en route to Thurrock College. Speaking of educational institutions, Bulphan's primary education is being ensured by the Bulphan Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School.
