Migraine pain is described as moderate to severe pain that can occur on either one or both sides of your head. In addition to this "premonition", these migraine sufferers may also experience seeing spots, light flashes, and tingling in the arms and legs.

Common migraine triggers include hormone changes, weather changes, chocolate, and red wine, though each migraine may have its own trigger and they all differ by the individual. Often enough these medications will target the source of throbbing and pulsating pain, but these medications will only work if that is the kind of migraine that you have.
