You can find many IT companies which are provides PPC services in fixed prices or monthly basis. In which they can setup PPC campaign as per your business requirement and also suggest budgets for your PPC campaign.
Generally people think PPC means advertisement on major search engines like google, yahoo, msn etc. But its not true any one can run ppc advertising services means if your website having high traffic and your website perform well on all search engine then you can run ppc marketing using sponsored links or sponsored ads which are display on you WebPages which having high traffic.
PPC service has two types "Flat-rate PPC" and "Bid-based PPC". In first option publisher and advertiser agree with fixed amount that will pay for each click. While in Bid Based PPC model each advertiser competing with other advertiser for ad spot. Means you can to publisher that you are ready to ready to spend more amount then other advertiser for particular ad spot. And as per my way if you have more money then bid based ppc is best for you then flat rate PPC.
Finally your Pay Per Click Advertisement is depending on your high quality content and on your ROI (Return of Investment) values. If you spend more money but your site having no quality contents then you lost your money as well as your popularity
