We should drink enough water. Water is the most important role of human being. According to research, water insufficiency is a substantial clue to the increasing of the speed of brain. Teenagers must assure drink eight glasses of water to keep health.

Taking part in exercise is also important to become health. Through the physical training, our bones and muscles can become strong and developed; which is useful to promote the improvement of visceral organs.

The most important thing is that we shouldn't work with disease. When we suffer bad health and various acute diseases, getting a break is a better way for us. In this condition, if we still go on to use brain to study the only thing we get is the bad efficiency.

Habit changes people's life every moment. They distinguished group in each field such as successful lawyer, salesman, doctor and so on. It is the good habit that establishes these geniuses. At times success is not as hard as our images. Building a good habit everyday and keep on it in the future, and then the success can be expected soon. It is not hard to keep a good habit, but to insist on it. It unites the perseverance and assuredness, and we can be brilliant after doing that.
