This is one of the bodybuilders the world currently celebrates. It is said that Sean Nalewanyj started his bodybuilding mission with only 115lbs. Something that many individuals term as a below the level strategy when it comes to body building.

It is believed that many people made fun of his small body, which saw him suffer confident issues as a result of the laughter and jokes that were being thrown at him. But this did not make him lose hope. His small body made him play basketball while in high school. Football was left to ‘Big Boys’, whom were seen strong enough to run after the chase.

His very first experience at a gym class remain what Sean Nalewanyj terms as an experience of a life time. Who knew that this small boy, who was so weak to even scale a rope used in gym classes would be a bodybuilder in the future. Back then, if anybody would mention something like this, it would have been treated like figuring out just how close the Sun is to the earth surface. Sean says that his gym teacher nicknamed him little girl due to his girly like behaviours.

His motivation to make changes in his body came during one of the gym classes while he was in his senior year. This was after he failed to climb the rope yet again. The class had to leave him behind and proceeded with the next activity. Nalewanyj was left hanging on to what seems like a fourth of the way up to the finishing line. Embarrassed, he decided to let go of the bar, which crushed him terribly. Most of his colleagues especially the girls pitied him. This is the day Nalewanyj vowed to do something for his body.

He invested much on any literature providing details on bodybuilding. He researched on the internet and through the available books within his reach. These methods did not work at first. Frustrated and with a thin wallet, Sean decided to find practical ways of improving his body size. He wrote down very simple rules based on old school secrets on muscle built he had tumbled upon. He put the program into use, and within some weeks he had added at least 10lbs to his body mass. This improvement continued for a while, and Nalewanj was once again a happy teenager

Nalewanyj decided to share the secret of his success with other struggling individuals. This was evident when he wrote a book titled The Truth About Building Muscle, which becomes a successful seller across the globe. As Nalewanyj body was increasing in size, so was his wallet. Currently, this once small boy authored fitness publications among them Muscle Fain Truth No Fail System. These are inspirational books, designed to give hopes to the hopeless in the society.

Nalewanyj developed a very simple and cheap way of body building. It is due to this reason that he is currently boosting a large number of followers. He believes that the goal to success is through believing in oneself through a natural, cheap and safe way.
