There are a lot of pork chop recipes you can choose from. The only limit is your imagination, from the simplest recipe to the complex, from the conventional way of cooking these chops to the unheard of methods. Tons of recipes can be acquired everywhere. Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
Total Time : 50 minutes
Prep Time : 15 minutes
Cook Time : 35 minutes
Servings : 4
Cooking Level : Very Easy
Ingredients :
1 Tablespoon lemon pepper
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons olive oil
4 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Pork Chops
Procedure :
Preheat your oven to 400⁰ F (200⁰ C).
Coat each side of the pork chop with salt and pepper about ¼ teaspoon each on both sides.
Cover every side of the pork chops with lemon pepper.
Prepare tin foil that is big enough to cover each pork chop. Put ¼ tablespoon of butter and olive oil on the middle of the tin foil.
Place the seasoned pork chop on top of the butter and oil, then put another ¼ tablespoon of butter and olive oil on top of the chops.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce on top of each pork chop then seal the tin foil making sure the pork chop is totally covered.
Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish and set it on the middle rack of your preheated oven. Bake for the pork chops for 35 minutes.
Serve your lemon pepper pork chops.

You can opt for the pork chops with bones to make the chops be tender enough but either way they still cook as tender as it can be
