My wife Elizabeth and I lived in Los Angeles for 30 years, and yet we had many friends and there has been established for three decades, we always greener, trees, mountains and rivers of the Northwest, are dreaming of were much closer to the street. West of Eugene, about an hour and a half back to the Pacific Ocean and Oregon's beautiful wild beach. The beach is amazing. Willamette Valley, which sits north of Eugene to Portland almost run, and if you are a wine lover, you will love this area. Vineyards dot the field. In Oregon, which is internationally renowned for producing great wines. Pinot Noir is the most abundant grape here. Eugene, himself a very progressive city, youth, community-minded town. The part due to the presence of the University of Oregon with its 20,000 students. Schools are excellent for small children here. Arts are obvious everywhere, especially music. Hult Center in the heart of the city, draws the top names in music. International Bach Festival, held in July, ten days, the world's leading Bach Festival. Late spring to autumn, people outside the home market in the city to collect the beautiful fruits and vegetables from surrounding farms to buy.
