Many Tips for Runners

In fact, there is a big distinctness between the jogger and the common human. People may recognize the distinctness among them. Yet how can we demonstrate the benefits of jogging? Two means could be kept to find out the truth. A kind of method is to exhibit the effect of jogging. Jogging has used some specific ways to modify human behaviors. One means indicated that even if no objective evidence, many people still say that they have a wonderful feeling about running. In this way, we could think that their sentences are justified.
For example, when I was in this department I had received a letter from a lens dispenser. He told me that he was in his early 50s, and he started running for good health seven years ago. Previously, he took part in a meeting and felt tachycardia suddenly. Thus, he became anxious about his health. He thought that he couldn't stand for much press. Now, he felt that sometimes he was so powerful that he could do many things in a day. He was able to gallop on his office on the second floor and one step cross two stairs. His customers realized that he had so much enthusiasm on the life and the work, they all choose to operate with him. And they were also willing to introduce their friends and relatives to him.
Many people have the same feeling as doctor Li, they are more powerful and vigorous. This condition is good for them to control their life style. Before long, a runner said that he feels much better than before. All in all, he realized that he could do more manual labor. The body strength restored very quickly as well. He also thought his state of mind was better than the past. A speech teacher said that after running it was easy to write down the speech contents.
This class of experience is deep-rooted by a study. During the implementation of a six-month practice program, almost everyone thinks that they have a great progress in their work skills. A large part of people said that at the end of the day they don't feel tired any more. This kind of condition reflects my own experience. In the past, I always felt sleepy after lunch. It will cost one or two hours to wake up. Now, I am in the high spirit all the day. I have been sleeping very well as well.
A well-known saying is reserved in the Olympic Stone. Jogging is a good way to become a clever man. If you want to be sound, you'd better begin running. If you want to have a good figure, you have to run. People who don't experience the running procedure cannot know these sentences. Jogging could practice both figure and willpower. It is not difficult for people to run in several days. But, long time running is a tough thing to do. During a shiny weather, you must be glad to jog. Yet in a bad weather, the only thing along with you is the biting wind and aloneness. So, you have to tell yourself that you can do it. Running is not just to practice your body, and also a battle to change one's destiny and life style. If you continue running you can do everything in the world.
