It is difficult to feel the deeper fun of running at once, not to mention those people who occasionally. If you want to feel the deeper fun from running, you have to run four days a week, and 40 minutes to 1hour a day. Only by running that much time, the conspicuous hypnosis tempo of running could lead us into a state that could hypnotize. In that stable mental condition, they feel purification like a miracle. And they could feel a harmonious relationship between their inner world and the world around them.
But even though I support running so much, I still have to accept the truth that some people are not fit for running. People's body structure is not the reason. With improper bones for running, people also get remarkable achievements on running. I think it really reflects a kind of temperament. Because of this thing, runners can not keep on meditating. Doctor Mall always encourages his patients to run. However, he dose not succeed with those great efforts. He told me, "I have tried all the ways that I could imagine, but my records are still very bad".
People who have different kinds of stature, ages, and capabilities could all become runners. But we have to admit that most runners show out their conspicuous traits. And these are the key points of being a perfect runner.
Running could lead to mental changes. You may want to go back to the past days. You try to sleep less so as to find a more comfortable life style. And you may never feel very lonely during a big party again after a time of running.
We become runners because of many different reasons. Some people keep on running in order to lose weight. We want to keep fit and live longer, so we choose running as a kind of method to exercise. However, three are still a part of people think that running has some dangers. People who have heart disease may fear running could trigger heart attack. Some people have never experienced the fun of running because they never tried.
At morning time, because the sun has not come out, concentration of carbon dioxide in the air is not suitable for running. The most appropriate time is 5-7 pm on the evening. Because when it comes the time, the body temperature is highest and heart jump quickest. When the sun gets down, the air is clean and better for healthy. You can take food about half an hour running exercise. Fast walk 40 minutes after a meal can promote digestion. You would better not do too much exercise in summer and autumn. As long as little sweat, it is enough for healthy.
