It will help if you can have a friend do these work out with you or if you can have a personal trainer help to keep you in line with your workouts.
It is also important to consider what it is that you are eating. The secret to effectively reduce tummy fat is not starving yourself to lose extra pounds; you only need to eat right. Start saying no to eating too much sweets, greasy and fatty foods and start munching on fresh fruits and vegetable instead. A high fiber diet helps to improve your metabolism and aids your digestion which flushes out harmful toxins from the body that also happen to cause you to gain weight. It is also helpful for you to drink plenty of water to further detoxify your body of harmful toxins and make sure that you eat a balance diet of carbs, protein and other nutrients in order for you to get the fuel and energy that you need for your day to day activities.
