Over the last six months the prices have trended like this: January, $1027; February, $1027; March, $1029; April, $1054; May, $1050; June, $1044. it is hard to say if the slight decrease from April's price is due to seasonal fluctuation or caused by a genuine downswing. Renters should haggle out long term lease agreements to avoid future increases in costs.
