An Hr consultant advocates healthy employee relationship, lay down the terms for an effective communication and goal settings. They act as mentors to the other professionals who work under them. For the betterment of the company, an HR professional should possess excellent interpersonal skills to attract customers and persuade them to buy their products. They should also arrange for presentations and meetings so that they can increase their sales and profits. The jobs and responsibilities that the HR department has to perform are far more than any job that any specified department of a company does. A person with an HR management degree is subject to a very high post and a thick salary.
