How to Look Younger Than You Did Yesterday

Do you dread looking at yourself in the mirror? Notice that you avoid even looking into anything reflective that might accurately portray your face? Wish you had a fairy godmother with a magic wand to transform your face so that you looked years younger?
The reason for the aversion to mirrors is that your face is probably beginning to show signs of age and you may not want to admit it. If you’re in your twenties and thirties, you might see frown lines developing, your eyelids may slightly hood your eyes and there are fine lines developing when you smile. Your lips are probably losing fullness while your nasal labial folds are etching a path from your nose to your mouth.
If you’re near fifty you may see eyebrows sagging, vertical neck bands emerging and mouth corners turning downward. Add these three symptoms to the ones above and it is no wonder you feel wounded and less confident in your appearance when you look in the mirror.
No matter how many skin care items or how delicately you handle your face, your facial muscles, which are attached directly to your skin, will lengthen as you age. Your skin will begin to follow the path of the muscles. There is only one way muscles travel – south…downward.
In fact your facial muscles most likely elongate up to one-half inch by the time you are 55 years old. This is why we see aging right before our eyes.
Most of us have grown up using products that we have seen on tv, in magazines and especially the internet. There are so very many choices; from botanical skin care items to aggressive chemical and laser peels, injections that plump and paralyze, even nip/tuck surgeries may have our attention but are these extreme measures really necessary? Will they actually help your face look younger?
Slathering skin care items morning and night will most likely improve your skin tone but these items will not tighten the sagging features or lift the droopy areas that concern you.
Using chemical peels and lasers may initially tighten the epidermis but it won’t be long before you notice that the sagging has returned.
Injections that plump and paralyze are costly interventions. They are temporary stop gaps that must be frequently repeated. Injections will not stop the downward slide of your facial muscles.
Surgery is drastic. Cutting perfectly healthy tissue in the name of beauty has consequences; the skin is forever changed and you just may not like the results.
Remember the magic wand mentioned in the first paragraph? There is a 100% all natural method with proven results that will slow the aging process with no prescriptions or doctor visits needed, no costly, invasive modalities are required, no risk of infection, or results that are shocking. This method will lift, tone and tighten your facial features using specialized facial exercise techniques.
Facial exercise that uses isometric with resistance movements, not contortions, twists, puckers or scrunches, will systematically lift every area of your face and neck. The exercises will refine, tone, contour and firm your face so that the younger face you thought you had lost forever is returned to you.
Your facial muscles are attached to bone only on one end in the hairline; the other end is attached to either another muscle or directly into the skin. In order to successfully contract the muscle and muscle groups, they must be anchored. Your thumbs and fingers are your anchors.
Facial exercises that use resistance and contraction will begin to affect your face immediately – not only will you feel the tightening and lifting occurring, you will see results right away. They won’t be permanent results yet but when you are faithful to the program, you will notice that your results last longer and longer.
Imagine creating a younger looking face using just your thumbs and fingers and easy instructions.
Sags and bags make your face look old and tired but exercise changes all that. Lifting, toning and tightening restore sagging, droopy facial tissue in just minutes each day. Your skin will smooth and you will look much improved – 5, 10, even 15 years younger.
Take your beginning photos, work the program and you will become a believer. You can look younger than you did yesterday.
