During pregnancy, a pregnancy pillow is a thing that mom needs the most. At this time it can be difficult to get comfortable and to sleep and stay asleep. It is a great way to relax and improve one’s sleep while pregnant. This highly supportive product is made from polyurethene foam that's sculptured into a unique concave shape to provide the maximum amount of comfort. These are different than the typical regular pillows. These pillows are full body pillows which are specially created for the pregnant lady. They support your body correctly, taking the strain off of your back and help to keep your feet elevated so as to put a stop to swelling.

Using a good maternity pillow can help relieve both of these pregnancy symptoms, by supporting both the abdomen and the lower back. It is also comforting to the legs to sleep with a pillow between the knees.
When you select the pillow the major consideration is on the fabric of your pillow. Hormonal variations in pregnant woman can result in hot flashes and night sweats. So it is important that the fabric of your pillow dries quickly and breathes easily. You can using your pillow while reading, snacking, watching televisions, and even later while breastfeeding. Make sure that your pregnancy pillow is covered in a fabric that is easy to wash so that cleaning it won’t be hassle.
