The truth about six pack abs is that anyone can get them .If you have ever been told that it is impossible to get them, that is WRONG! If you have ever been told or thought that you couldn't get them because you didn't have the genetics, which is WRONG! Honestly, anyone can get a six pack. But there are definitely tons of machines and pills being pushed out through the media right now that WILL NOT WORK. And if you have had experience with any of them, it can really put your motivation to get a six pack in the dirt.
Firstly, the biggest myth about getting a six pack is that you have to run miles after miles of cardio. This is just not true. Did you know that there are some foods that actually burn fat while your stomach is processing them? Now don't get me wrong, cardio and abs exercising definitely have their place but if you over do it, you will actually get an opposite effect than what you wanted. You MUST have a balanced idea on how to achieve your goal because if not you muscles will develop underneath your belly fat and only make it stick out further.
Also, absolutely no diet pills at ALL! Diet pills ARTIFICIALLY boots your metabolism and could be very dangerous to your overall health. You may feel short term effect or may not feel the effects until years later. Diet pills also because the over use of your adrenaline glands and could lead to serious damage or even death in some cases. Basically, stay away from them. Studies show that you can achieve the same results naturally so do not take the pills.
Lastly, if you want to go out and spend fortunes of dollars on these expensive and wonderful abs machines, then by all means. The truth is you will lose weight with the machines if and only if you do thousands of repetitions. One of the main problems with the machines is that they are simply not getting your heart rate up enough to burn fat. Also, another problem is that you body has a storage of glycogen in your liver that it uses for immediate energy. So the six minutes you spend on the ultimate abs ripper machine from the heavens is not going to burn the fat that you need.

In closing, you must stick to you plan. Formulate your own plan on exactly how you are going to achieve your goal and don't be afraid to get help.
