(maybe a little hard in your first week, but get sweaty, commit the time to it, work for it, it only gets easier).

In a few months, when they are up to 800 calories of exercising a day, they have a calorie deficit of 600 calories. Without changing their eating habits. That means they are losing a good 5 pounds a month. To get this calorie deficit by dieting alone, you would have to skip dinner every day and have a miserable time But their must be a easier more relaxed way on how to lose the stomach fat.
