Though this particular side effect is more likely to affect steroid users who are known to be quite aggressive; there are even some steroids that are known to stop the growth of people who use them before they have even finished growing! Sterility in male and females is also a side effect of steroid use. This is because the body's hormones are altered during the use of these steroids.
