The truth is that triceps make almost two thirds of the whole arm so it only makes sense to train them properly and with full intensity in order to get over all arm development. It is recommended that you don’t do more than 8 sets for biceps and 10 sets for triceps every workout in order to get maximum arms size.
Take Rest to Recover.
It is very important that you take plenty of rest after a grueling arms workout in order to allow your body sufficient time to recover and then go in to the growth phase. It is recommended that you take at least 8 hours of sleep every night in order to get best results. Taking small naps during the day is another great way to recharge your body for maximum muscle growth.
