It is then important for you to pay attention to your diet and your water consumption. Your vertical leap can be improved by a variety of exercises. The most important thing is to stay consistent with your workout routine. Unless you want to loose what you have gained, then be sure not to take long breaks from your training, and it is ok to have variety in your workout as well. Jumping is an essential skill to many sports and improving it may actually improve your overall performance. Remember that, while you can sometimes increase your vertical leap quickly, your real goal should be to make steady progress over time.
