The Diet Solution Program is a fresh approach to dieting. Isabel De Los Rios created this program. I like Isabel’s program because it is just that. It is a nutritional program more than a "new" diet. This is the bases for it tremendous popularity.
I would refer the Diet Solution to anyone serious about making this life change.
For most people desiring to lose fat or weight, if followed would meet their weight loss goals. Fat loss and better health would be the end result on this program.

The program is positive and success based. This is a lifestyle change approach.
