Did your Belly fat worsen your life?

Simple answer is yes, my belly fat made me look ugly and worsen my life. I am very disappointed of what i have become. This is the answer of my previous question, did you know that 70% of USA and Australia citizens diagnosed as overweight and obese. Of course belly fat is ugly but do you think about fat Risks.
Fat Men or women are readily susceptible to Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Stroke, Diabetes, angina and Hyperlipidemia. Fat is risk factor of those diseases although you need fat to keep you motor running as fat is important energy source. You do not need to eat excess fat in your daily meals not to cause problem precipitating fat in your Blood circulation.
When you think about your belly fat problem and ran to buy weight loss pill or belt. You are right to think of that but you were mistaken when you think that will fix your problem fast. Losing weight is not fast as you think. You need to balance between good nutrition diet that cover your body energy needs also you need to do some exercise help you burn fat.
You should take action toward your belly fat. It's hard and you failed before because you do not have what motivate you to lose that weight. You always need motivation to achieve your goal. You should start with three things.
a- Why should I lose weight? and you should be very specific about your reasons
b- Being around beloved person that keep you motivated about losing this excess weight
c- Take a pen and paper and start to type this formula ( What if I do..... and what if I do not) and put your imagination about the change going to happen next day, within 2-3 months and after a year from your start.
Foods you should and should not eat.
Here is some food you should include in your Healthy diet: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, Kale, Bok Choy and cabbage. Mainly Vegetables help you fighting your belly fat and take it down.
Foods you should avoid are Corn, Soy and wheat but recent researches find that 65% of Caloric intake came from these sources and the normal caloric intake from these should not exceed 8%. You should avoid Corn, soy and wheat in your diets also their derivatives that increase the fats levels in blood so in your body.
Finally your belly fat make you look ugly and put you in high risk of diseases so step up and don't be lazy any more, take action today to say goodbye to this Belly and say hello to your new flatten AB.
