Liberty Asset Management is a company that deals mainly with acquiring real estate in the state of Kansas and throughout the Midwest region of the United States. The company is not picky when it comes to real estate. They will buy commercial and residential real estate. They will also buy properties that are in move-in ready condition as well as properties that need to be fixed up before they are sold for profit or rented out. As you can see, the company has plenty on its plate to deal with when it comes to investments.
The company was started in 2001 by Daniel Drake. Not only does Liberty Asset Management buy and sell houses and other types of properties, but they also run rental properties as well. In certain aspects, their rental properties are their most valuable because in certain areas that they serve, such as Wichita, renting a major housing source for most of the population. When it comes to larger cities, fewer and fewer people are buying and they are sticking to renting. This is why the company has found it a good source of income to have rental properties as part of its business.
Probably one of the most important pieces of news for Liberty Asset Management in the last year is that they celebrated their 10th anniversary of being in business. It is amazing that they have weathered through the tough economy of the recent years and have seen a tremendous profit. Another important piece of news is that the company has a new headquarters located right in the heart of Wichita, Kansas. It is always a big deal when a company gets a new headquarters, but that this company also did that in its 10th year of being in business makes it even the more special for them.

With the way the stock market is these days, they can only do well for themselves and continue to grow as a result of their business acumen. As the company is entering into its 11th year of business, the sky is the limit when it comes to what they can do about growing their rental portfolio.
