Breathing Easier with Clean Technology

How important is the air that we breathe? Besides the fact that we couldn’t live without a continuous supply of fresh air, it’s real important. The average adult breathes in about 20 cubic meters, or 20,000 liters of air a day! For urbanites like myself, we should be very concerned since we are more exposed to harmful pollutants that come from cars, trucks and buses and manufacturing companies than those that live in rural areas.
Long-term exposure to air pollution can cause major health problems - including respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis, cancer and in more extreme cases brain and nervous system damage. In many major cities, air pollution is fact of life. For instance in Mexico City, which is considered the most polluted city in the world, it’s been reported that when students are asked to draw a picture of the sky, they use black and gray to paint the sky instead of blue! Air pollution can also cause irritation to the eyes, nose and throat, and has been considered to be particularly harmful to the very young, the very old, and the in-firmed.
And it’s not just outdoor exposure to pollutants that we should be worried about. The US Environmental Protection Agency has found that the air indoors is up to 70 times more polluted than the air outdoors. According to the American College of Allergies, 50% of all illnesses are either caused or aggravated by polluted indoor air. And the U.S. Department of Consumer Affairs found that children are more likely than adults to be affected by polluted indoor air. With most people spending more time indoors due to extreme weather conditions, it makes sense to take all of the precautions and safeguards necessary to have the cleanest air possible. In today’s market, with so much choice; consumers have to research all of the alternatives available.
As an independent Nikken consultant, I take pride in helping my clients choose those products that fit their lifestyle’s best. I provide product expertise and helpful wellness information that will allow them to make informed choices lead healthier lives. And through Nikken's patented air wellness technology, I feel confident that my clients will always have the best products available to help them accomplish just that. Nikken's Air Wellness Technology is a complete solution for purifying and treating air, including a multiple-stage air filtration, negative-ion generation, a cleaner design that doesn’t produce ozone and the ability to monitor air quality.
I have a Kenko Air Purifier at home and I recommend it to all of my customers. It has a prefilter and filter combination that captures almost all dust, pet hair, mildew etc…. It also uses activated carbon adsorption filtration which is known to be one of the best materials to reduce contaminants in the air. Its ULPA filter is more effective than a HEPA filter, which has been the industry standard for years. The difference between the two is the size of the microns that can be filtered, HEPA filtration is rated at 99.97% efficiency on particle sizes as small as 0.3 microns. The new ULPA technology in the Kenko Air provides 99.9995% removal of particles as small as 0.12 microns. This really makes a difference as no other air filtration system matches this level of performance.
I really believe that Nikken has the best products in the Health and Wellness market. It uses advanced technology and engineering to make innovative products that are the best on the market and help me breathe easier.
After 31 years in the public service and experiencing my own personal health challenges, I decided that it was time to make a healthy change. I am now an independent consultant for a Japanese company that is introducing this revolutionary sleep technology that corrects magnetic deficiency syndrome and physical ailments such as arthritis to North America. www.calgarycareerfind.com
