Areas with hard water are specifically prone to speedy build up of lime scale and sludge in the boiler and heat exchanger which can significantly reduce the efficiency of the entire system. If you plan to install a new boiler on your old central heating system, you should first clean the radiators and pipes. However, power flush won’t solve each and every problem in your central heating system. For extremely corroded and neglected systems, these kinds of techniques may be too late. In some cases, there may be some deposits in the system even after flush has been carried out, and may break loose at a later date. Most of the central heating systems have limited lifespan, but flushing may help you in increasing its efficiency and prolonging its lifespan by few more years.
