There are many diet plans available for the dieter. Some of these plans have taken years to develop. I have heard of some that have taken over ten years. Some that have had over five hundred clinical trials. Still others remain a secret of sorts. Jorge Cruise designed one such secret diet. This he called the three-hour diet. You may find it remarkable that you can lose weight by eating every three hours. However, there is science behind this theory.
According to fitness expert Jorge Cruise, if the body is not fed regularly and accurately then it is possible that it will go into starvation mode. When in this mode the body stores the fat rather than burning it and consuming it for use. Therefore, the body is burning muscle rather than fat for the energy that it needs to function.
Though not feeling hungry with this plan, it could be difficult to fit into your routine. This can be overcome. Many people set an alarm to remind themselves to eat. Not such a bad idea as many if not most of us have our cell phones on us most of the time. According to Jorge Cruise the key to this is to learn which are the right foods to eat. This is true of most diets. However, there are many different opinions to what the right kinds of foods are.
One thing to keep in mind if using a plan such as this, it is no small commitment. You really need to stick to a rigid timetable. In order to achieve the results that this plan is famous for. If not willing to eat every three hours, then to be honest this plan is not for you.
If interested in this plan it comes highly recommended. Apparently it is one that many celebs use and endorse. It is claimed that it is possible to lose ten pounds or more in the first two weeks. Many people endorse this for quick and immediate results. To be honest ten pounds in two weeks is reasonably good.
To sum up there are good and bad things about the three- hour diet. Mainly though it is very effective it takes much commitment. It is said that this plan is taking the dieting world by storm. Maybe it is something you could incorporate into your life. Reported results for this plan have been amazing.
