Although your home may be warranted against breakdowns and necessary repairs, there will likely be an established deductible in place. You get what you pay for and some insurance companies may sell you a home warranty plan that requires the individual pay only the service charge attached to repairs. Other companies may state that certain amounts are required as deductibles for specific repairs. This is definitely something a prospective buyer will be interested in knowing.
