Does it feel as if your sinking again? Has life taken control of your free will again? Numerous are the times when I felt like mine had, either that or my soul had gone missing of its own accord, maybe to see if the grass was greener but never the less, I felt helpless once again.
It can happen out of the blue, one day your on top of the world, money in the bank, close friends, job seems to be good, the people at work are all easy going, in fact you haven't got a care in the world. If it could only stay like this but it wont will it? It never does, somehow we keep forgetting the next downfall is just round the corner, we ignore the way the walls of the maze are turning and ride the highs out as long as we can, then, CRASH!
You wake one morning, things are bugging but you can quite isolate the problem.
At place of employment, your more sensitive more egdy, picking up an awkward atmosphere, you say things that seem out of place to others, things you wouldn't dream of saying, the job really seems to be getting you down, it time to move on, thats the answer. Are you sure? Your concerned about money again, never seems to be enough to keep you content and happy, why do others have all the money? Why didn't I care a few days ago?
One problem seems to be causing the next one, everything snowballing, cant stop it. Surely its not this bad but it just seems like it? These are the times you cant seem to come up for air. Advice, friends company, music, good times, they don't mean a thing anymore. Why cant I stay positive?, what have I done to end up like this?
The thing is, you didn't do anything to deserve it, more than likely your victim to a negative thought form or obsession that has slowly formed over time, one than creeps in, going on almost invisibly. Its not until you feel like ten shades of death that these habits really become apparent.
The good news is, it's not out of your hands and your not on your own, far from it. Your problems can be corrected.
See why most of your problems don't have to last forever. Getting good feelings back is part of your right as a human being, stop putting yourself through it when you don't have to.
